Locally vs StoreLocators: 2026 Pricing and Comparison

Online-to-offline commerce platform for brands with authorized dealer networks

Locally connects the point-of-sale inventory of a brand’s authorized dealers to that brand’s own product pages, then lets the shopper buy for pickup or same-day delivery. Brands look for a Locally alternative for one of two reasons: they need shoppers to find the product nearby rather than a full transaction platform, or they cannot get a price out of a demo-led enterprise sale. StoreLocators is compared against every major where-to-buy platform on our hub.,

Last reviewed

The short answer

Locally is a transaction platform built on a specialty dealer network you help recruit. StoreLocators is a store locator that finds your retailers for you and installs in minutes.

What each product is designed to do, in its own terms. A capability named on one side is not a claim that the other lacks it, and neither column ranks the two: the table below is where they are compared row by row.

What Locally is built for

  • You want the shopper to buy, not just to find you: pickup, reservation, ship-to-store or same-day delivery completed on your own product page.
  • You sell footwear, apparel or technical gear where availability has to be right down to the size and colourway.
  • Your retail network is specialty and independent, in outdoor, cycling, running, ski, footwear or hardgoods, and those dealers run a point of sale that can feed a live count.
  • You already have an authorized dealer list, a UPC-level catalog feed from a syndication vendor, and the retail relationships to get key accounts to connect.
  • You sell internationally, or you want the retail media and co-op advertising layer that sits on top of their locator.
  • You have engineering resource and want to build your own local shopping experience against a documented API.

If two or more of these describe your team, a focused store locator is not the product you are shopping for. We would rather say that here than after another thousand words.

What StoreLocators is built for

  • You sell through grocery, mass, club or a long tail of independents rather than a specialty dealer network.
  • You do not have a maintained authorized dealer list, and you want the platform to find your retailers instead.
  • You are on Shopify, or any other site that takes a script, and have no developer time to spend on theme code.
  • You want to see real coverage on your own catalogue before you talk to a salesperson.
  • Published terms matter: month to month, no termination fee, cancel from your account settings.
  • Showing shoppers where to buy nearby is the whole job, and the transaction happens in the store.

Pricing, and what each vendor publishes

Locally does not publish a price for brands. Its former pricing pages now redirect to its homepage, and the only commercial calls to action on the site are Book a demo and a 30-minute discovery call. Our prices are public: $195, $395 and $995 a month on our Shopify App Store listing, with a 14-day free trial on every tier.,,

One number about Locally is public and is constantly misread, so it is worth stating precisely. Locally charges retailers 3.5% on completed Buy It Locally transactions, with Stripe’s 2.9% plus $0.30 applying on top for paid pickup orders. That is what a store pays to sell through the network. It is not what a brand pays for the product locator, and no figure for that appears anywhere on Locally’s public site or documentation.,,

Terms can be compared too. Ours are published in full and take about a minute to check. Locally publishes its Master Agreement for Brands, which sets annual auto-renewal, ninety days’ notice either way and non-refundable fees. What it does not publish is the initial term or the price, both of which sit on a private Sales Order. That is a statement about what is published, not a criticism of the number.,

What Locally is, in their own words

“Locally is the infrastructure layer that makes real-time store inventory discoverable and shoppable across brand sites, search, marketplaces, and AI agents.”

Locally

“With Locally, you can share your inventory for free on hundreds of major brand websites.”

Locally, to retailers

“Locally's Headless API is currently available by invitation. This is an add-on service, please contact your Account Manager to inquire.”

Locally, in its developer reference

“there is no "one size fits all" solution for Shopify. Every Shopify theme has a different way of handling PDPs and variant rendering”

Locally, in its Shopify install guidance

Read Locally’s homepage closely and the scope is unambiguous. It is not a store locator widget with extras bolted on. The brand-side suite runs from Product Locator and Store Locator through Same-Day Fulfillment, Retail Campaign Studio and agent-facing storefronts, and there is a matching retailer-side suite covering published inventory, transactions, order management and local inventory ads. The locator is one surface on a two-sided commerce network.

The two-sided part is the business, not a detail. Retailers publish inventory free and pay 3.5% only when a transaction completes, which is what persuades tens of thousands of independent specialty stores to connect a point-of-sale feed at all. Almost everything below follows from that: the depth of the data, the categories it covers, the launch deliverables asked of the brand, and the enterprise shape of the sale.,,

Where StoreLocators is different

Retailer discovery without a dealer list

Locally’s documented launch process asks the brand for an authorized dealer list, a UPC-level catalog feed and introductions to key retail accounts before anything goes live. StoreLocators discovers which retailers already carry your products across 205 integrated feeds, so you are not assembling and nightly-syncing a dealer database. For a brand that does not know its full retail footprint, that is the difference between a project and a signup.,

A Shopify install measured in minutes

Locally’s own Shopify guidance is a manual theme-code edit: load UPCs into every variant Barcode field, duplicate the theme, paste the embed into the product template near the Add to Cart button, then handle variant switching per theme. StoreLocators installs from the Shopify App Store with a drag-and-drop theme section and no developer.,

You can try it before you talk to anyone

Every published route into Locally for a brand runs through a demo request or a 30-minute discovery call, and its former pricing pages now redirect to the homepage. StoreLocators has a public app listing and a 14-day free trial with access to every retailer integration, so you can see real coverage on your own catalogue before a sales conversation exists.,

Published prices and terms

Our prices are public: $195, $395 and $995 a month on our Shopify App Store listing, with a 14-day free trial on every tier. We also publish the terms: month to month, no long-term contract, no termination fee, cancel any time from Account Settings, and a 30-day refund window. Locally publishes its brand agreement too — annual auto-renewal, ninety days’ notice either way, non-refundable fees — but not the initial term or the price, so a buyer cannot size the commitment without entering a sales process.,,

Built for the grocery and mass shelf

Our 205 retailer integrations and 110,516 locations, plus KeHE, UNFI and Faire distributor imports, are oriented to grocery, mass and CPG distribution. Locally’s public partner list and case studies are specialty dealers. If you sell food, beverage, supplements or household goods through grocery and mass, the two networks cover different shelves.,

Coverage that does not wait on each retailer

Inventory appears in Locally once an individual dealer claims an account and connects a POS feed, which is why dealer activation is a programme in its own right. We pull retailer feeds directly and add new retailers on request, typically within days at no extra cost, so coverage is not gated on a store choosing to participate.

Every row where the table above separates us

Taken from that table rather than written out again, so the two cannot disagree. A row shows up here when we publish an answer and they publish none, or when both answer and ours covers more of the feature. Rows where both sides publish a figure, a price or a rating, stay out: those differ by their content.

Data freshness compared

Locally’s inventory comes from the retailer’s point of sale rather than from the brand. Its homepage describes counts that refresh through the day with no spreadsheets and no uploads, and says retailer SKUs are matched at the UPC so the listing is exact. That is a genuinely different mechanism from a brand-supplied file, and for size and colour it is the mechanism that makes the answer usable.

The retailer documentation describes something more scheduled. Retailers export a UPC or EAN, a quantity on hand and an in-store price as a .csv, .xls, .xlsx or .txt file, and Locally states you will need to schedule that report at least once a day in most cases. Feeds arrive by SFTP, email, Dropbox, URL or S3. URL feeds are fetched at noon and midnight, SFTP and Dropbox paths are polled several times a day, and the standard stale-feed alert fires at 48 hours. Both descriptions are Locally’s own, and both are true of some part of a 62,000-store network. What is not published is the mix, so this page carries both and picks neither.,

The brand’s dealer list is a separate feed again, and it syncs nightly at around midnight Eastern, with outlier data reconciled weekly. Ours is retailer feeds, updated daily, and availability is what the retailer reports rather than a live poll of a shelf, which is the honest description of any feed-driven system including theirs. The two read different sources: a POS connection reads a connected store’s own till system, a retailer feed reads what the retailer reports.

Retailer coverage compared

The headline numbers are not close. Locally states 62,000-plus stores with live inventory, 1,000-plus brands and active partners in more than 120 countries, all self-reported and displayed on its homepage. StoreLocators integrates 205 retailers across 110,516 locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. For context on the trajectory, the March 2024 funding announcement cited 30,000-plus retailers, so the store count has roughly doubled since.,,

Channel matters more than the raw count. The partners Locally names publicly sit in outdoor, cycling, running, ski and snow, footwear and specialty hardgoods, and its 2026 customer stories are tentree, Fender and Fjällräven. It makes no public claim about grocery, mass, club or drug retail either way, so this page does not assert that it cannot serve them. What it does mean is that a food, beverage, supplement or household-goods brand is asking about shelves that Locally does not publicly evidence, while our integrations and distributor imports were built for exactly those shelves.,

The two networks also fill up differently. A store enters Locally when that retailer claims an account and connects a POS feed, which is free for the retailer and is why the brand is asked for introductions to its key accounts at launch. A store enters our map through the retailer feed we already integrate, and a retailer you sell to that we do not yet cover is added on request, typically within days at no additional cost. One model produces deeper data per store. The other produces coverage without waiting for each store to opt in.,

Setup and time to launch

Locally publishes exactly what a brand must hand over before launch, and it is worth reading before you budget the project. Three deliverables: an authorized dealer list spreadsheet with store name, address, contact details and optional vendor or account IDs; a product catalog web feed carrying UPC or EAN, style number, taxonomy, colour, size, MSRP, image URL and description, with Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, GoDataFeed and Salsify named as feed providers; and a key account list with direct introductions to your retailers. A Client Success Manager is assigned. That is a programme, and it presumes an ERP-grade dealer database and a syndication vendor already in place.

The Shopify install is the part most brands underestimate. Locally’s guidance is to load UPCs into every variant’s Barcode field, duplicate the theme to a staging copy, open Edit Code, paste the embed into the product template near the Add to Cart button, and then handle variant switching for that specific theme. Its own documentation says there is no one-size-fits-all solution for Shopify because every theme handles product pages and variant rendering differently, and that some setups need additional custom JavaScript written for the theme.,

No duration from contract to live is published anywhere in that documentation, so the table above says unknown rather than slow. What can be compared is shape. StoreLocators installs from the Shopify App Store, you drop the map into a theme section, and discovery runs against your own catalogue in under five minutes with no developer. On any other site it is a script embed. Both approaches are defensible. They are built for teams with very different amounts of retail operations resource.,

What a Locally alternative actually replaces

Brands usually arrive at this question for one of two reasons. Either they want shoppers to find the product on a nearby shelf and the transactional machinery around it is more platform than they need, or they cannot get a price or a timeline out of a demo-led sale fast enough to decide anything this quarter. In both cases a focused locator is the right answer and the switch is small.

It stops being small the moment the transaction layer is load-bearing. Pickup and reservation orders paid for on your own product page, ship-to-store, courier delivery, order routing into a retailer’s system and refunds are not things a store locator performs. Neither is variant-level stock inside an independent specialty store that connected its point of sale to Locally rather than to anyone else. If those are running today and producing revenue you can measure, replacing Locally is not a swap and this page is not going to pretend otherwise.,

The genuine overlap case is narrow and very common: shoppers who mostly want to know where to buy nearby, distribution through grocery, mass or a long tail of independents, and no feed vendor or retail operations headcount to run a dealer database. There the question is not which platform has more features. It is whether you need a checkout or a shelf.

Switching from Locally

Moving a locator is mostly a data and embed exercise. The widget on your product page is the easy part. The work sits in the retailer and SKU mapping behind it, and in whatever else the same vendor was doing for you.

With Locally that second part is unusually large, because the platform is transactional. Before you plan anything, work out whether pickup, reservation, ship-to-store and same-day delivery orders are producing revenue you would have to give up. A store locator does not replace those, and this section is not going to pretend it does.,

  1. Work out what you are actually replacingList the jobs Locally does for you today: product locator, store locator, pickup and delivery transactions, order management, retail campaign and co-op advertising, agent-facing storefronts, international coverage. Anything past the first two needs its own answer before you move.An hour, with the contract open
  2. Install alongside, not insteadPut StoreLocators on a staging theme or a single product page and let retailer discovery run while Locally is still live. You are comparing real coverage on your own catalogue rather than a demo dataset, and nothing is at risk while you look.Under 5 minutes to install
  3. Check coverage against your real retail listCompare what discovery found against your actual distribution, retailer by retailer. Request any missing retailers, which are typically added within days at no additional cost, and bring independents in through the wholesale submission block.Days, not weeks
  4. Tell your dealers what is changingRetailers who connected a POS feed to Locally did that work for their own reasons, and they keep it whatever you do. If pickup and reservation orders were reaching them through your product pages, say so before those orders stop arriving.
  5. Move the embedsSwap the locator on your product pages and your store locator page, and remove the Locally config object and any theme-specific variant JavaScript that was written for it. Keep the URLs exactly as they are so nothing you have already earned in search moves. An afternoon on most themes
  6. Give notice properlyLocally’s published agreement runs on one-year auto-renewal with ninety days’ notice of non-renewal, so check your Sales Order for the renewal date and give notice in time. Export any historical locator, order and analytics reporting you want to keep.Depends on your agreement

Frequently asked questions

What is Locally.com and how does it work?

Locally is a New Orleans company that describes itself as the infrastructure layer making real-time store inventory discoverable and shoppable across brand sites, search, marketplaces and AI agents. It connects the point-of-sale inventory of a brand’s authorized dealers, publishes it on the brand’s product pages, and then lets the shopper buy: pickup, reservation, ship-to-store or same-day delivery, with payment authorization and order routing into the retailer’s system.,

How much does Locally.com cost for brands?

Locally does not publish brand pricing. There is no price, tier, package or minimum anywhere on its site, its former pricing pages now redirect to the homepage, and the only published routes to a number are a demo request and a 30-minute discovery call. Contract length, minimum commitment and termination terms are not published either, so we did not estimate any part of it.,

Does Locally.com charge retailers a fee?

Yes, and this is the one number Locally does publish. Sharing inventory is free for retailers. On completed Buy It Locally transactions the retailer pays 3.5%, and for paid pickup orders Stripe’s processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 applies on top. There is no additional fee for same-day delivery. This is what a store pays to sell through the network, not what a brand pays for the locator.,,

Is Locally.com legit?

Yes. Locally.com Inc. is a real company based in New Orleans, which is the dateline on its press releases, founded more than a decade ago by its own account, with Mike Massey as CEO and a growth-equity round announced in March 2024. Its brand partners are named publicly and include Patagonia, ASICS, Burton and HOKA. Its only public review profile carries nine reviews, mostly from shoppers rather than brand customers, which is far too small a sample to draw a conclusion from.,,,,,

How does Locally get store inventory, and how fresh is it?

From the retailer’s point of sale, with SKUs matched at the UPC. Locally markets counts that refresh through the day, while its retailer documentation describes scheduled file feeds exported at least once a day, URL feeds fetched at noon and midnight, and a stale-feed alert at 48 hours. Both descriptions are Locally’s own. It does not publish how its 62,000-store network splits between them.,

How do I install the Locally product locator on Shopify?

It is a theme-code edit rather than an app install. Locally’s guidance is to load UPCs into every variant’s Barcode field, duplicate your theme to a staging copy, open Edit Code and paste the embed into the product template near the Add to Cart button, then handle variant switching for that theme. Its own docs say there is no one-size-fits-all solution for Shopify, and some setups need custom JavaScript written for the theme.,

What is the best Locally alternative for a grocery or CPG brand?

It depends on what you are replacing. If you need shoppers to find your product on a nearby shelf, a focused Locally alternative such as StoreLocators installs from the Shopify App Store in minutes and covers 205 retailers and 110,516 locations across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia, with grocery and mass distribution built in. If you rely on pickup and delivery transactions or a specialty dealer network, no locator replaces that.,

I placed a pickup or delivery order through Locally. Who do I contact?

Not us. StoreLocators is a different company and has no access to Locally orders. Locally routes orders to the retailer that fulfils them, so the store itself is usually the fastest route for a pickup, delivery or refund question, and Locally runs its own support site for the rest. This page compares the two platforms for brands; it is not a customer service channel for either.,

  1. 1.Locally: homepage locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Locally is the infrastructure layer that makes real-time store inventory discoverable and shoppable across brand sites, search, marketplaces, and AI agents.”Also the source for the self-reported scale figures 62K+ stores with live inventory, 1K+ brands, 60M+ shoppers a month, $1.6B+ annual influenced GMV and 120+ countries with active brand and retail partners, all as displayed on 15 October 2026. It carries the brand-side suite (Product Locator, Agentic Storefronts, Store Locator, Same-Day Fulfillment, Retail Campaign Studio, ShopSense AI), the retailer-side suite (Publish Inventory, Transactions, Storefronts, Order Management, 3P Local Commerce, Local Inventory Ads), the Platform Partners tier, the POS wording “Live from your POS” and “Matched at the UPC”, and the only two commercial calls to action on the site: “Book a demo” and “Ready to connect? Start with a 30-minute discovery call.” The footer names the company as “A service of Locally.com Inc.” The About section dates the origin to “More than a decade ago” without naming a year. The only dollar figures on the page are sample product prices inside UI mockups.
  2. 2.Locally: Master Agreement for Brands locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Following expiration of the Initial Term, the Term of Service will automatically renew for successive one (1) year periods (each a ‘Renewal Term’) unless either Party gives the other Party written notice of non-renewal at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then-current Term.”Linked from the homepage footer. Sets out annual auto-renewal with ninety days’ notice of non-renewal, a customer right to terminate "at any time, with or without cause" on ninety days’ written notice, and that "Payment obligations to Service Provider are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable". It also gives the customer an immediate termination right if System Availability falls below 99.5%. The Initial Term itself, and the fees, sit on the Sales Order rather than in this document.
  3. 3.Locally: former brand pricing page, now redirecting locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.join.locally.com/pricing and join.locally.com/pricing-for-retailers both redirect to www.locally.com, and www.locally.com/pricing redirects to the hub.locally.com documentation site. The join.locally.com marketing site has been consolidated into a single-page www.locally.com, and no brand pricing page remains anywhere on it.
  4. 4.Locally docs: retailers, set up your inventory feed hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“With Locally, you can share your inventory for free on hundreds of major brand websites.”Documents the retailer feed as a scheduled file drop rather than a live API for most stores: retailers export UPC or EAN, quantity on hand and in-store price as .csv, .xls, .xlsx or .txt, and Locally states “you’ll need to schedule this report at least once a day in most cases.” Ingestion is by SFTP, email, Dropbox, URL or S3; URL feeds are fetched at noon and midnight CST; SFTP and Dropbox paths are polled several times per day; the standard stale-feed alert threshold is 48 hours. Locally states it has instructions for over 70 popular point-of-sale systems.
  5. 5.Locally docs: retailers, set up Buy It Locally hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Sets the retailer transaction fee at 3.5% on successful Buy It Locally transactions, covering both ROPIS reservations and BOPIS payments. For BOPIS, Stripe’s processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per successful card charge applies on top. States there is no additional fee outside the BOPIS fees for same-day delivery, and that orders auto-cancelled for lack of retailer response are still charged the 3.5%. This is a fee charged to retailers. Nothing on this page describes what a brand pays.
  6. 6.Locally Sales Channel on the Shopify App Store Shopify App Store. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Free to install. Additional charges may apply.”This listing is retailer-facing: it syncs a retailer’s own Shopify inventory into Locally so it appears on brand partner sites. It is not the brand-side product locator. States that a 3.5% commission is charged for each order Locally generates and sends to the merchant’s cart, advertises Automatic Daily Sync, was launched on 2 October 2024, and showed 0 reviews and no rating on 15 October 2026.
  7. 7.Locally docs: brand deliverables for launch hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Requires three things from the brand before launch. An Authorized Dealer List spreadsheet with store name, address, city, state, zip, country, phone, optional vendor or account ID, email, URL and categories. A Product Catalog web feed carrying UPC or EAN, product name, style number, grouping ID or MPN, taxonomy, colour, size, gender, MSRP, image URL and short description, with Feedonomics, ChannelAdvisor, GoDataFeed, Salsify and Shopify Apps named as feed providers. And a Key Account List with direct introductions to the brand’s key retailers. Brands are assigned a Client Success Manager. No duration from contract to live is stated anywhere on the page.
  8. 8.Locally docs: auto-sync your dealer list hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Locally syncs your data nightly (appx. midnight Eastern Time, UTC -5)”Also states that updates appear every morning and that outlier data, meaning incorrect or new store data, is reconciled every week. Transport options are SFTP (preferred), S3 or Dropbox. This is the brand’s dealer list, which is a separate feed from the retailer inventory feed.
  9. 9.Locally docs: all Product Locator options hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“We suggest coding the colors in your CSS.”The Product Locator is a JavaScript embed configured through options set in the embed code. The documented branding controls are a style preset (horizontal dealers or stacked dealers), primary, secondary and hover colours (color_0, color_1, hover_color_0), button visibility and button text, product image, brand name and product name toggles, a location switcher with prompt text, and a language dropdown.
  10. 10.Locally docs: brand onboarding hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Publishes Product Locator install guidance for Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress and WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce and Magento, and Salesforce, plus a separate Store Locator install guide for Shopify.
  11. 11.Locally docs: Shopify Product Locator install guidance hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“there is no "one size fits all" solution for Shopify. Every Shopify theme has a different way of handling PDPs and variant rendering”The documented install is a manual Liquid theme-code edit rather than an app install: load UPCs into every variant’s Barcode field, duplicate the theme to a staging copy, use Edit Code to paste the embed into the product template such as main-product.liquid near the Add to Cart button, then handle variant switching per theme. The page notes that some setups need additional custom JavaScript written for the Shopify theme.
  12. 12.Locally reference: Headless API overview hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Locally's Headless API is currently available by invitation. This is an add-on service, please contact your Account Manager to inquire.”The JavaScript SDK is published on npm as @locally-com/lcly-js-sdk. No price or qualifying criteria for the add-on are published.
  13. 13.Locally developer hub: llms.txt index and changelog hub.locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Indexes a substantial public developer surface: a Product Locator API; a Headless API covering sessions, product search and locate, carts, delivery options, Stripe payment authorization and order commit; Stores by Brand, by Product and by UPC endpoints; PushCart order routing; webhooks; a Data Sharing API; ShopSense analytics reports and Suggested Orders; and Google Tag Manager recipes for sending locator and order events to GA4, Meta and Google Ads. Recent changelog entries include storefronts that now speak more languages, bikes deliverable on the DoorDash Marketplace, and UPC validation in the catalog uploader.
  14. 14.Locally: Agentic Storefronts launch (16 June 2026) locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“real-time, structured data”Announces AI-agent-ready mini-sites at on-domain addresses such as stores.brand.com, with an endpoint agents can query for real-time, structured data including precise store hours and variant-level stock. Names Mike Massey as CEO and Founder and Billy McKee as President, and states a network of 62,000 stores. The release also cites AI retail traffic up 1,200% year over year, 58% of consumers using AI for research and 63% of agentic shopping prompts containing local intent; those three figures are Locally’s own framing and are not restated as fact on this page.
  15. 15.Locally lands Series A funding (11 March 2024) Retail Technology Innovation Hub. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Reports a growth-equity round led by Corbel Capital Partners with participation from Valency Capital. The amount was not disclosed in the announcement, so no figure is stated on this page. At that date the company cited over 1,000 brands and 30,000+ retailers, which is roughly half the store count it displays in September 2026.
  16. 16.Locally: blog and newsroom index locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Records the BrandSlice acquisition in October 2025 to expand near-me retail marketing, an expansion of Same-Day Delivery with DoorDash on 2 September 2026, and 2026 customer stories for tentree (28 August 2026), Fender (16 April 2026) and Fjällräven (9 April 2026).
  17. 17.Locally: brand partners locally.com. Reviewed 2026-10-15.“Locally works with some of the best brands on the planet”Named partners are concentrated in outdoor, cycling, running, ski and snow, footwear and specialty hardgoods, including Patagonia, Arc’teryx, ASICS, Brooks Running, Burton, Cannondale, Crocs, Fjällräven, GoPro, HOKA, Hydro Flask, Keen, Leatherman, Merrell, Salomon, Black Diamond, Big Agnes, CamelBak, Ariat, Atomic, Giro, Gregory, Chaco, Dakine, Danner and Marmot. The page states no total count, and lists no grocery, mass, club or drug retail partners, which is not the same as Locally stating it does not serve them.
  18. 18.Running Insight: Shop Local-ly (August 2023) Running Insight. Reviewed 2026-10-15.Trade press. Describes Locally pulling real-time inventory from more than 23,000 retail locations via store point-of-sale systems, publishing availability down to colour and size, with retailers getting free POS connection and account maintenance plus a 3.5% transaction fee on completed BOPIS and ROPIS sales, and with running specialty retail as a primary focus. Dated 2023, so the store count is carried here only as a historical marker.
  19. 19.Locally on Trustpilot Trustpilot. Reviewed 2026-10-15.TrustScore 3.0 out of 5 from 9 reviews on 15 October 2026, split 67% five-star and 33% one-star. The reviews are predominantly from end shoppers rather than brand or retailer customers, with the negative ones citing same-day delivery coordination and difficulty reaching support. Nine reviews is far too small a sample to support a conclusion about the platform, and it is cited here only because it is the single public review profile that exists.
  20. 20.StoreLocators: guarantee, refunds and cancellation storelocators.com. Reviewed 2026-09-09.“StoreLocators.com operates on a month-to-month subscription model with no long-term contracts or termination fees.”Also states that a subscription can be cancelled at any time through Account Settings under Billing, and that a refund may be requested within 30 days of the latest charge.
