What is a retail SKU?

Each size, color or flavor you sell at retail counts as one SKU, the same as a variant in Shopify. A lip balm in 3 flavors is 3 retail SKUs. Every plan tracks all of your retail SKUs.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Install the StoreLocators app from the Shopify App Store to begin.

Do I need a demo to get started?

No. You can install the app from the Shopify App Store and start your trial right away. A demo is the fastest way to see your own retailers, stock and map before you do, and it takes 30 minutes.

How am I billed?

Plans are billed through Shopify every 30 days. All prices are in USD.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. StoreLocators.com operates on a month-to-month subscription model with no long-term contracts or termination fees.

Can I get a refund?

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your latest charge. Refunds apply only to your most recent billing cycle. Email hello@storelocators.com to request one.

What is "Available Near Me"?

A widget that uses the customer's location to show which nearby stores carry your product and whether it's currently in stock. It is included from the Grow plan up.
