Walgreens restocks throughout the week; no single day stands out. A product that goes out of stock at Walgreens is typically back within 7 days; 66% are back within a week.

What "available" means at Walgreens

The Walgreens website reports whether each store has an item in stock. "Back in stock" here means the site reported the store had it again.

In the study's terms this is a store stock feed. Readings for a specific store were recorded daily at most chains; no shelf was audited.
