Import KeHE to StoreLocators
This guide walks you through exporting KeHE CONNECT points of sale to map and display all your existing retail partners on your retail map.
What This Export Does
This process generates a comprehensive CSV file containing all store locations where your products are sold. This process will:
Map all retailer locations to your store locator
Verify store addresses and contact information
Enrich provided information with canonical store names, address information
Ensure accurate geographic placement on your map
Configure store details and product availability
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Reporting Section
After logging into KeHE CONNECT, locate the main navigation menu at the top of the page. Click on "Connect Data" from the dropdown menu, then select "Reporting" from the submenu options.

Step 2: Select the Full POD Vendor Report
On the reporting page, click the "Select a Report" dropdown menu. Select "KeHE Full POD Vendor" from the list of available reports.

Step 3: Configure Report Parameters & Export
To ensure all retailer locations are captured, configure the following parameters in the report:
Enterprise Supplier: Select your company/brand from the dropdown
Calendar Year: Choose the current year (2025)
Calendar Month: Select the most recent month (e.g., 9 for September)
Retailer Area: Important: Leave as "All Retailer Areas" to capture nationwide coverage
DC: Important: Leave as "All Locations" to include all distribution centers
Channel: Leave as "All Channels" to include all retail channels
Brand: Select specific brands or leave as "ALL" for complete coverage
After configuring all parameters, click the "View Report" button to generate the complete retailer dataset.
Once the report has been generated, locate the export options button (download icon).
Important: You must select "CSV (comma delimited)" from the export menu. CSV format is required to properly process and map your retailer locations. Other formats (Excel, PDF, Word) cannot be imported into our system.

Next Steps After Export
Save the CSV file with a clear filename (e.g., "YourBrand_KeHE_Retailers_Sept2025.csv")
Upload directly to StoreLocators:
Open your StoreLocators Shopify app
Navigate to the "Uploads tab"
Upload your CSV file directly through the interface
Processing happens on our end: Once uploaded, we will:
Our team will automatically process the data and update your store locator
Why This Data Matters
This KeHE export provides the foundation for your store locator by providing:
Complete retailer coverage: Every store where your products are distributed
Accurate location data: Store addresses, contact information, and regional details
Distribution insights: Which products are available at which locations
Geographic mapping: Ensures customers find the nearest stores carrying your products
Important Requirements
CSV format only: Excel, PDF, or other formats are unsupported
All locations included: Filtering by region is not required
Current data: Use the most recent month available for up-to-date store information
Complete parameters: Include all retailer areas and distribution centers
Upload directly: Use the Uploads tab in your StoreLocators app for immediate processing
Troubleshooting
If the export fails or seems incomplete:
Verify you selected "All Retailer Areas" and "All Locations"
Check your internet connection during the export process
Ensure you have permissions to access all retailer data
Try exporting smaller date ranges if the file is too large
If upload to StoreLocators fails:
Check file size limits in the Uploads tab
Verify the CSV format is correct (comma delimited)
Ensure your Shopify app permissions are up to date
