The Challenge
Lalo makes baby products parents are proud to own—from thoughtfully designed high chairs and play kits to feeding essentials. Founded in 2019, the brand built a rapidly growing fan base and strong DTC presence before expanding into Target stores.
The challenge was clear: Lalo needed to ensure their new retail partnership succeeded by connecting online customers with nearby stores carrying their products. They couldn't risk sending excited customers to out-of-stock locations.
