In the fall of 2024 BoomBoom experienced “absolutely insane” growth powered by TikTok virality and their memorable Shark Tank appearance. They sold out across all online channels, even Amazon — while balancing inbound emails from buyers at major retailers like CVS and Walgreens due to their increased velocities. BoomBoom’s CEO John Pinto faced a challenge: customers landing on his DTC site were ready to buy, but there was no inventory available to ship.

Rather than letting that traffic go cold, John saw an opportunity. BoomBoom implemented StoreLocators to seamlessly direct customers from its website to in-stock retail partners — ensuring every website visitor and new customer could still become a sale.
